LinkedinAndrea graduated with full marks in Law from the University of Camerino with a dissertation in Administrative Law (“The precautionary principle and risk assessment: the case of compulsory vaccines”), and then carried out his legal practice at the Avvocatura distrettuale dello Stato in Turin.
Since 2021, he has been working with the MB.O firm, dealing with labour law, with a particular focus on social security matters, workplace accidents and disputes against INAIL (National work injuries insurance institute). He is qualified to file applications and appeals before INPS (National social security institute) and is an Intermediary qualified to carry out activities in labour, social security and welfare matters, pursuant to Law no. 12/1979.
He collaborates with the the Association of Young Lawyers of Turin – AGAT and is the author of articles of legal interest, published in the scientific journal Salvis Juribus – Fatti salvi i diritti (ISSN: 2464-9775).
