Our Firm, based in Turin, was founded in March 2011 by senior partners Umberto Oliva and Marco Bona, together with partners Giulia Cantini Cortellezzi and Cristiana Actis Dato.

MB.O’s lawyers have many years of combined experience, successfully representing national and foreign clients in Italy and abroad.

We are passionate about the law.  We devote and dedicate a large part of our time to legal research. In 1999 Marco Bona and Umberto Oliva co-wrote their first book, The new personal injury compensation system, followed by several other publications over the years.
In 2012, the book Protection of Know-how was edited and co-authored by Umberto Oliva and Marco Bona and other MB.O lawyers, together with other leading Italian lawyers.
