In March 2011, together with colleagues Umberto Oliva, Cristiana Actis Dato and Giulia Cantini Cortellezzi, he founded the law firm MB.O.
His commitment in the forensic field began, in conjunction with his university studies, in 1993 at the Gamna e Associati law firm (Turin). In the years 1994, 1995 and 1996 he gained professional experience in England at the Ward and Rider solicitors (Coventry) studio specialized in disputes concerning personal injuries. From 1999 to 2011 he collaborated with the law firm Ambrosio and Commodo of Turin and with several foreign law firms.
Among the subjects covered:
- responsibility for medical and health activities
- claims for vehicle circulation and road anomalies
- air, rail and maritime disasters
- occupational accidents and illnesses
- damage from defective / unsafe / harmful products
- accidents occurring during sporting activities and during holidays
- In collaboration with leading international law firms, he assists foreign citizens who have suffered prejudice during stays in Italy.
He has participated as a lawyer and as a consultant in collective and group actions, including the controversies established by Italian haemophilists in the USA against producers of blood products.
Together with other colleagues he is engaged in legal assistance, in Italy and in Egypt, of over 800 family members of the victims of the sinking of the ferry-ship, ex Tirrenia, “Al Salam Boccaccio ’98”, consumatò February 2, 2006 on the Red Sea , tragedy that saw the death of over 1000 people. The case of “Costa concordia” follows.
He is patron of several families who have suffered losses due to exposure to asbestos workers.

- the tragedy of December 6, 2007 of the Thyssen Krupp steelworks in Turin
- the accident in Valle Argentera (TO) of 19 April 2003, in which a helicopter, carrying out transport service for heliski, crashed due to a failure in the engine, killing five passengers and the pilot
- the Viareggio railway disaster (June 22, 2009)
- the air tragedy of the Air France flight 447 Rio de Janeiro-Paris (June 1, 2009)
- the Laces-Val Venosta railway accident (12 April 2010)
- As patron of a girl kidnapped, beaten and raped by two foreigners, she received the first sentence of the Italian State for failing to implement Directive 2004/80 / EC, which established a compensation system for victims of intentional and violent crimes.
He participated as a witness expert on Italian law in civil proceedings before the English High Court.
