Marco Bona has participated as a speaker at over 200 conferences and seminars, both in Italy and abroad.
He regularly holds accredited courses both from councils of lawyers’ orders and from the National Bar Council for the permanent training of organized lawyers.
He collaborates both locally and nationally with the Superior Council of the Magistracy and with its decentralized bodies for training and refresher courses dedicated to the judiciary.
University teaching activities
In March 1998 he became a Cultor of the subject (comparative legal systems, civil law, Anglo-American law) at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Turin.
In 2003 he obtained the title of PhD in Comparative Private Law (University of Trento) with the thesis «Damage to people in Europe – Comparative models and harmonization perspectives».
